The Tai Chi for Health class focuses on the 16 Movement Hand Form developed by Master Yang Zhenduo. The 16 Movement Hand Form is a simplified, systematic approach to learning the basics of Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan while maintaining the integrity of the Traditional Hand Form. It is an excellent form for beginners and seniors, and offers a great way to maintain a daily health program when time is at a minimum.
